The StrongHER HALF Challenge is a 12 week journey designed to help you build up to running a half marathon (13.1 miles) while building real strength, fuelling your body with intention, and creating routines you'll actually stick to.
No extremes, no guesswork, just a supportive, structured plan that fits your lifestyle and keeps you consistent. Whether you're aiming to complete your first half marathon or simply feel fitter and stronger, this is your moment to show up for yourself and follow it through.

What do you get?
Strength plan: This plan will help you build strength, muscle, improve your body composition, and become a more efficient runner. (Option to work out at gym or home.)
Nutrition plan: A custom made meal plan to help you know what foods to eat to reach your goals. This comes with a full macro breakdown, recipes, and a full shopping list to save you time and money.
Running Guide: A complete running programme with expert guidance on training, recovery, and fuelling, plus access to a supportive women's Strava community to keep you motivated and consistent.
Daily step goal: Not a runner? I gotchu - you don't have to be a runner. Choose the Strength & Nutrition option and I'll set you a daily step goal to keep you accountable.
Live workouts: Weekly live workouts that can be followed in real time or on catch up. These workouts are like a class - we get to connect and work out together, which helps keep us consistent and motivated.
Weekly Check In: We check in with your progress every Friday morning. This keeps us accountable and gives us a chance to ask questions, share our wins, and progress towards our goals.
Community: Surround yourself with like minded women on the same mission as you. Support and motivate each other towards reaching your goals.
