The 10/10 challenge is designed to get us feeling Ten out of Ten before summer, This challenge will help you weather your running your first 10K or looking to improve our 10K time whilst building strength & speed in 8 weeks, whilst feeling at our best, strongest and most confident self. This challenge combines different approaches to training – running, HIIT, strength work, functional fitness, walking and endurance.
Whilst being supported by our like minded female fitness community It means shifting away from a single focus, and using two or more training techniques at the same time to help us to become the fittest, fastest, strongest and most confident version of ourselves.
