The HYBRID HALF challenge is designed to help us to build from a beginner runner to running a half marathon (13.1 Miles) in 12 weeks, whilst feeling at our best, strongest and most confident self.
This challenge combines different approaches to training – running, strength work, functional fitness, walking and endurance. It means shifting away from a single focus, and using two or more training techniques at the same time to help us to become the fittest, fastest, strongest and most confident version of ourselves.
Not a runner? I gotchu - you can still join our challenge without running by choosing the strength & nutrition option and I will set you a daily step goal to keep you accountable.
All options include access daily live workouts with Lauren, our supportive online community, weekly check ins and our team Strava group.

Challenge rules
Challengers must complete a minimum of 4 days on plan each week.
